In this workshop we will discuss why we worry so much and how we can begin to change our relationship with negative thoughts so they don't drag us down. Life coach and yoga teacher Noelle Janka will lead the group through breathing exercises and light movement for easing worry in the moment, as well as tools to build resilience over time. Bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to sit on.
