November - Everyday Breathwork for an Easeful Life
"What really excited me the most about this workshop was you incorporating some of your skills of yoga into the visioning. I really loved the breathing exercises in the beginning and tapping into our bodily wisdom of what gets us up in the morning. That was extremely impactful for me. I loved it." - Rachel S.
"After hearing positive things about the work Noelle does, I invited her to host a workshop at one of my coping skills classes at Spaulding Hospital for patients with Lyme disease. I couldn't have been more impressed by the way in which she listened to patients and gave such insightful responses and feedback. Participants in my workshop continue to rave about her and the inspiration and skills she provided them in such a short period of time. As a Lyme sufferer myself, I tend to be quite protective of this community and those who I refer to for help and support. I am beyond 100% confident in Noelle's skill set and ability to make a difference in other's lives. She is a true rockstar with a natural and intuitive sense of how to help and connect with others. She is a true asset to the Lyme community. Thanks Noelle, you rock!" - Kerry Lang, Mental Health Counselor/Expressive Art Therapist
"Noelle's workshop "Vision-Writing for Rockstars with Health Challenges" was offered at one of our May 2017 support groups in an intimate setting with clients facing variety of personal and business obstacles. Noelle's optimism, sensitivity and creative tools set a mood of hope and encouragement for all participants. The easy to follow journaling techniques, focus on creative solutions, and fun encouraged all who attended to continue with an attitude of abundance and healing. This is a wonderful presentation and I would encourage anyone with a health or life challenge to learn more about Noelle's coaching and other supportive offerings." - Maria Malaguti, Founder and Director, Lyme Disease Resource Center
"I invited Noelle present to my team of community mental health care workers about mindfulness tools as part of our monthly meeting. We talked briefly beforehand about what the team would love so she could tailor her material to our needs. I was impressed with her ability to accommodate the varying levels of experience in the room. Some folks had practiced a lot of yoga and meditation and others had done very little. She went around the room and had each person reflect on their relationship with stress and self-care, and gave us breathing exercises and other tools we can use to get centered on-the-go, at work between appointments, and in our lives outside of work. I really appreciated the space she created for us to look at mindfulness and self-care both individually, and as a team. It started a healthy conversation on the team about how we can support each other in our self-care, which is really important in the work we do. The team really enjoyed it and we wish we'd had more time with Noelle to get even more tools." - Griselda Tomaino, Intensive Care Coordinator, Community Service Agency
