If you’re ready to get support to be your most vital, impactful, and authentic self there are two ways to work with me…

Noëlle has a warm and enthusiastic presence, even over the phone, and I can feel how much joy she brings to and gains from coaching. After our sessions, it feels as if a fog has lifted and I can see exactly where I’m going and how to get there. I highly recommend Noëlle to anyone daring to do big things.

I offer one-off individual sessions and six-month coaching packages.

👉A six-month coaching package will be a better fit if you’re looking for support with a process, e.g. making a job transition, starting a business, launching a big, scary, exciting project, figuring out how to be a working parent, or retooling your healing journey.

Let’s Chat: Schedule a strategy session to see if a six-month coaching program is right for you.

👉One-off sessions are 50-75 minutes and are great for trying to get clear about a decision, get some practical career advice, settle your nervous system after a stressful time, drop into your body/intuition, do some visioning work, or generally reconnect with yourself. We can do coaching, breath work, energy work, movement, or deep listening to support you in moving through whatever is coming up.

We can also do resume and cover letter review, interview prep, or job search strategy.

#3: ✨Community Healers Membership & Apprenticeship programs✨

Launch date: TBA

A monthly membership incubator that nurtures, develops, and connects socially-conscious leaders who want to bring more healing into their work and their communities.

If you’re already a “yes”, apply here.

Some Context

To say that it feels overwhelming to be a conscious, sensitive human in this time is a big understatement.

Many of us are still struggling to find our footing “post-pandemic”, unsure of how to get grounded, connected, and clear on where to invest our energy. And as the world seems to get more and more unpredictable, it’s hard to know what to do with the worry and despair, ours and that of our beloveds.

In the face of so much uncertainty and ever-shifting threats, how do we set ourselves up to weather the future? How can we help those around us? Where can we turn for support?

More than ever, we need centered, trauma-informed leaders who can help shepherd communities through unprecedented change and challenges.

We need individuals who can help us metabolize our grief, cultivate joy, and meet the challenges of this moment with more resilience.

With that kind of support, more of us could lean into what’s emerging, instead of collapsing or imploding from the fear and loss.

A lot of us feel called to do healing work in our communities but hold ourselves back because we haven’t been to graduate school or found time and money for costly certification programs. This keeps so many of us from doing what we know in our souls is our work to do.

Enter Rebel Healing Lab

Rebel Healing Lab helps healing-inclined socially-conscious leaders (or would-be leaders) get clear on how to meet this moment:

what to do, how to do it, and who to do it with.

The Lab is for individuals who want to facilitate collective healing spaces in their communities and serve as doulas for the social, political, and environmental transformations of this time, even if they have no idea where to start.

The Lab is a place to come together in community and begin to develop fortifying personal practices and vehicles for community care.

Rebel Healing Lab is a place to grow into being a bold, grounded, and inclusive community healer.

Image on a colorful background reads: Who can be a Community Healer? Anyone who has a personal healing practice and feels called to work with others -  Individuals with established healing roles, e.g. bodyworkers, preachers, herbalists, acupuncturists, etc., who want to expand beyond working with individuals to working with groups - Community organizers and volunteer leaders who want to bring healing into their existing community work - Coaches, consultants, and social change agents who feel called to healing work - Yoga teachers, dance teachers, artists.

This membership program has two tiers:

  • To dip your toe into what it means to be a community healer. This includes access to monthly classes, writing salons, guest speakers, and a private online community.

    • Build community with like-minded healing-centered leaders

  • For individuals seeking mentorship in using healing tools with individuals and groups. This tier includes everything in the Explorer tier plus monthly group coaching sessions with a small cohort of other budding community healers.

**This tier requires a six-month commitment.

    At this tier you will:

    • Clarify your unique role in shepherding others through our collective transition

    • Clarify who (which communities) you want to support and work with

    • Create and co-create collective healing offerings with other apprentices

    • Get coaching on your offering(s) and how to share them in the world (for $$ or not)

    • Build community with like-minded healing-centered leaders

We’re all really vulnerable and supportive! And really real with each other. And everyone is coming from different places but there’s also a lot of common ground.
— Ben L., Writer & Community Organizer

Structure & Curriculum

This program will be planned but also emergent and responsive to the needs and desires of the participants. It is designed to train rising community healers in the methods I’ve been using to support social change leaders for the last eight years, and will make space for participants to co-create new healing modalities.

The curriculum and general vibe of Rebel Healing Lab is informed by the eight healing principles in Rebel Healing, Emergent Strategy, Psychological First Aid, Polyvagal Theory, philosophy of yoga, Gateless Writing, Deepa Iyer’s Social Change Map, the ontological coaching model created by the Academy for Coaching Excellence, somatics, and more!

Why this and why now?

The name “Rebel Healing” is inspired by my 2023 book of the same title. It comes from the understanding that normative society doesn’t privilege our wellbeing (or the wellbeing of the natural world!) so we must be non-normative, or rebellious, in healing ourselves of social conditioning so we can claim the joy and aliveness that is our birthright.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic started, I have seen a sharp increase in suffering in my clients. People haven’t just been coming to me to get jobs, start businesses, or find new strategies for living well with health challenges. They are coming with deep fatigue, feeling disconnected from themselves and their people, unsure of where to invest their energy and attention, and unclear on what even lights them up. I have seen increased anxiety, depression, and paralysis related to the overwhelm of personal confusion layered on top of our collective challenges.

In working through these challenges with clients I’ve seen that there are a set of tools that consistently support clients to get back in their bodies, reconnect with themselves, and face the challenges of the day with an increased sense of ease and resiliency. These tools, which focus on context, embodiment, intuition, and connection, help clients FEEL that they are part of dynamic collective, TRUST their inner knowing, and take aligned ACTION accordingly. I love doing this work with clients and I want to bring more people to the party.

My theory of change is that by training more folks in these accessible healing tools, we can grow a more regulated and resourced populace, which creates more possibilities for strategic, effective, and connected organizing as we figure out how to navigate our ever-changing climate and social-political landscape.

Noëlle has incredible intuition about what someone needs, how to create shifts, where their energy is and where it is moving. Noëlle uses multiple modalities to create just the right thing for you at the right time.
— Rosi G., Leadership Coach

This membership program is for you if:

  • You want to help yourself and your community navigate the transitions we are facing with more ease and resource.

  • You want to bring more healing spaces into your workplace, spiritual community, organizing community, mutual aid network, nature connection work, neighborhood, support group, sports team, etc.

  • You are building/wish to build networks of more grounded, healed, and connected beings who can move, shift, create, laugh, and cry together through loss and emerging challenges.

  • You’ve wondered if you are a healer, spiritual leader, or medicine person or you know you are and are looking to lean into this part of your identity.

  • You’ve done a lot of spiritual/healing/personal growth work and it’s kinda your jam.

  • You are committed to being anti-ableist, anti-racist, otherwise anti-oppressive, inclusive, and accessible in your life and work.

This program is NOT for you if:

  • You’re brand new to the healing path.

  • You do not have personal spiritual or healing practices and never have.

  • You’re uncomfortable talking about the political aspects of healing.

  • Your life is jam-packed right now and it’s not a good time to grow and learn new things.

If you aren’t sure whether or not this group is a fit, or you’re not sure which tier is right for you, feel free to reach out via email and we can discuss.

Investment:

Apprenticeship Level: $300-500/mo. Total investment $1800-$3000.

This program is priced on a sliding scale to acknowledge the vast differences in our access to wealth and ability to work and be paid well. Participants are encouraged to invest at a level that feels like an authentic stretch to them. When you invest at a higher level it helps cover the cost of those who can only invest at a lower level. Contributing at a level higher than what is suggested is welcome.

All participants can cancel anytime with one calendar month’s notice. // Apprentices can continue to participate in the Explorer-level activities after the six month apprenticeship. // Two work study scholarships are available for the Apprentice level for individuals who are interested in assisting, and have experience facilitating groups.

About the Facilitator:

I, Noëlle (she/her), am a politicized coach for social change leaders. I have lived with health challenges (Lyme, mold, dysautonomia, probable ME) for more than twenty years, and have supported clients with their healing and career development for more than a decade. In addition to running my own practice, I mentor student coaches at the Academy for Coaching Excellence, and have coached students at Southern New Hampshire University and Harvard Kennedy School. I am author of Rebel Healing: Transforming Ourselves and the Systems That Make Us Sick (2023). More about me, my journey, and my training here.

I have led ten coaching groups to date and absolutely love the alchemy that happens when like-minded folks come together and commit to taking charge of their own lives.

Past coaching groups:

  • Operation Dream Job - For career seekers looking to grow their impact.

  • Spoonie Action Academy - For individuals with health challenges.

  • Queer Changemakers - For LGBTQIA+ individuals working in social justice.

  • TruthFire - Supporting sensitive souls to bring ease and authenticity to their romantic relationships, co-led group with Relationship Coach Nick Shrewsbury.

Working with Noëlle and the others in the Operation Dream Job group was so powerful. It was a place of unconditional support, a place where we could come and share our true fears, our biggest hopes, and our most exciting celebrations. It gave me the motivation I needed to create the future I want for myself!
